Program Information

  • Year 1: Students are introduced to the foodservice industry and careers in foodservice.
     
  • Year 2: Students are trained in food safety management and take their industry certification exam in food safety management - SERVESAFE.  
     
  • Year 3: Students are given on the job training through our community partnership internship program. 
     
  • Year 4: Students are placed in an industry entry level job and upon completion of the program, students earn the IC Certification along with their high school diploma.
