A four year career program in culinary arts.
Year 1 – Students are introduced to foodservice industry and careers in foodservice.
Year 2 – Students are trained in food safety management and take their industry certification exam in food safety management - SERVESAFE.
Year 3 – Students are given on the job training through our community partnership internship program.
Year 4 – Students are placed in industry entry level job and upon complete of the program students earn the IC Certification along with their high school diploma.
